 This package is for the client who have most of the planning themselves and need support with the final execution. This starts one month prior to the event date and includes the below: 

Four (4) virtual or in-person consultations 

• Vendor recommendations if needed
• Creation and dissemination of event timeline and checklists.
• Firm up details with the vendors prior to the event.
• Final Walk-through

DAY OF 

• In attendance for the whole event
• Coordinating the event setup 
• Day of contact for all vendors
• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors 
• Manage unforeseen hiccups.
• Oversee the breakdown of the event 

 This package includes 6hrs of consultation time with

 an Eco-Focused Event Planner.

• Review existing event plan. 
• Event discovery meeting to discuss your priorities. 
• Investigate the best Sustainable options.
• Prepare actionable road map & Carbon Off-set options.
• Present plan and answer questions
• Assist with sourcing for implementation.
• Option to send clarifying questions by email for the first 30 days following your session.

• Directing the ceremony processional
• Coordinating the setup of the ceremony and reception
• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.
• Deliver Wedding gifts to assigned location or person
• Oversee the breakdown of the event

If you have more than 2 locations or additional events connected to the wedding, please call for custom pricing. 

 This package is for the couple who has done some of the planning themselves and need a professional to pick up where they left off. We split the To-Do-List divide and conquer. #GoTeam The package includes 20hrs of client interaction.

• 1 Hr. Wedding rehearsal 

DAY OF 

• In attendance for the whole event (max 10hrs)
• Directing the ceremony processional

the ceremony and reception

• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors 
• Manage unforeseen hiccups.
• Deliver Wedding gifts to assigned location or person

This package assumes you have done all the planning yourself and we help with the final execution of your event starting one month from your wedding

date. We are happy to help you sort out any last minute details 

or specialty vendors. 

Package starts 4 weeks prior to event

• Two virtual or in-person consultations 
• Vendor recommendations if needed
• Creation and dissemination of event timeline and checklists.
• Firm up details with the vendors prior to the event.
• Wedding rehearsal 

DAY OF 

• In attendance for the whole event (10hrs included)
• Directing the ceremony processional
• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
• Day of contact for all vendors
