We provide pop-up picnic decorations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. To confirm the availability of your date, we require a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time for you on our calendar. Please note the date is not held for you until this deposit is paid and the booking agreement signed.
All pop-up picnic decorations include a low table, area rug, cushion style seating for each guest, table runner, table mats, napkins, napkin rings, centerpiece and lighting for nighttime events. A bottle of water is provided for each guest. We service Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
You are welcomed to bring your own food and beverages to your pop-up picnic. for an additional fee we can pick up your order from a restaurant of your choice; or we can provide you referrals for catering once you have secured our services. We provide picnic decoration in Miami, fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
Our pop-up picnic set-up starts from $297 for an intimate gathering for 2.
We have picnic decoration set-ups that accommodate up to 12 guests, please call for pricing.
Below are a list of upgrades that are available for an additional fee.
The pop-up picnic rental timeframe is 2hrs. Each additional hour is $25
No early or late arrivals please. We offer a 15minute buffer depending on schedule
Once the deposit for the picnic decoration is paid and you have read and signed the agreement; the event date is held for your pop-up picnic. We will collect the picnic site address and confirm the right spot with you. Based on your request for upgrades and additional services we will then connect you with the appropriate vendors. We will check in with you the day before the event. Set-up staff will leave after set-up and return at the end of the reserved time for clean-up
In deciding on your pop-up picnic location, we recommend you choose a location that has an indoor or covered area as an inclement weather option. Our picnic decoration booking agreement provides a special concession for you to reschedule due to confirmed inclement weather. This requires a minimum of 24hrs notice. We then will work with you to reschedule your event within a 14 day timeframe based on our availability.
All pop-up picnic deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your date, we require 72 hours notice. After that, we charge a $100 rescheduling fee.
